A CôaOliva, Lda., será um lagar de azeite, localizado na freguesia de Vilar Torpim, ligado à
produção e comercialização de azeite biológico de qualidade superior, obtido através de uma
linha de extração moderna que utiliza a mais recente tecnologia para o sector. Encontra-se
prevista uma produção anual de 20.000L. de azeite, que posteriormente será embalado em
garrafas de 250ml e 500ml, com um design inovador e rótulos atrativos, acompanhadas com
um pequeno livro explicativo, com informação personalizada sobre o produto. A sua
comercialização vai ser efetuada através de lojas gourmet, vendas online, estabelecimentos
comerciais locais e restauração. Este projeto nasceu da vontade dos seus promotores em
desenvolver um negócio familiar, aproveitando e valorizando as excelentes condições
climáticas e de solos existentes na região, para a produção de azeitona biológica de
excelência.
A estratégia para este projeto assenta essencialmente, na comercialização de produtos de
elevada qualidade e na sua diferenciação através da certificação em modo de produção
biológico, pelo que se pretende explorar um nicho de mercado, relacionado com um segmento
de mercado médio alto, composto por clientes com um poder de compra elevado, que dão
importância à diferenciação, qualidade e segurança dos produtos que consomem. Por outro
lado a estratégia de preços competitivos, aleada a um sistema de comunicação direta feita com
os clientes e apoiada pelo marketing digital, vai permitir angariar e fidelizar novos clientes.
Da análise de viabilidade económico-financeira deste plano de negócio para o cenário
provável, podemos constatar que estamos diante um projeto com um período de recuperação
do investimento (Payback) de 2 anos, com uma taxa interna de rentabilidade (TIR) de 59,57%
e um valor atual líquido (VAL) de 190.782€, para um investimento inicial de 175.836€.
Relativamente aos cenários otimista e pessimista, em todos eles os resultados obtidos são
muito positivos.
Com os fatores acima referenciados, podemos considerar que este projeto reúne todas as
condições para ser um caso de sucesso.
CôaOliva, Lda., is a mill linked to the production and marketing of organic olive oil of superior quality, obtained through a line of modern extraction that uses the latest technology to the industry, located in Vilar Torpim. It is expected an annual production of 20.000L. olive oil, which will then be packaged in bottles of 250ml and 500ml, with an innovative design and attractive labels, along with a small explanatory book with personalized information about the product. Its marketing will be done through gourmet stores, online sales, local businesses and restaurants. This project was born of the will of its promoters to develop a family business taking advantage of excellent climate and soil conditions existing in the region to organic olive production excellence. The strategy for this project is based mainly on marketing high quality products and their differentiation through certification in organic farming, so if you want to explore a niche market related to a medium-high market segment, composed of customers with a high purchasing power, which attach importance to differentiation, quality and safety of products they consume. On the other hand, the strategy of competitive pricing, along with a direct communication system made with customers and supported by digital marketing, will allow garner and retain new customers. The economic and financial feasibility analysis of this business plan for the probable scenario, we note that we are facing a project with a payback period (Payback) 2 years, with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 59, 57% and a net present value (NPV) of € 190,782, for an initial investment of € 175,836. With regard to the optimistic and pessimistic scenarios, in all of them the results are positive. With the above referenced factors, we can consider that this project meets all the conditions to be a success story.
