Abstract(s)
Este relatório tem como objetivo analisar e refletir sobre o desenvolvimento das competências comuns e específicas do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica, assim como as competências conducentes ao grau de Mestre em Enfermagem desenvolvidas no estágio 1 e estágio final do Mestrado. Refletimos sobre o papel de enfermeiro no percurso de recuperação da pessoa com doença mental, centrando a sua atuação na relação terapêutica estabelecida para dar resposta às necessidades da pessoa, realçando a importância da prestação de cuidados centrados na pessoa. Nesse âmbito foi desenvolvido um projeto de intervenção sobre a utilização dos mediadores artístico-expressivos pelo enfermeiro especialista em ESMP que procura intervir na promoção da esperança, melhoria da autoestima, melhoria da socialização e modificação do comportamento. Foram identificados resultados positivos como, uma maior consciência dos outros; maior autoconsciência; disponibilidade para explorar a criatividade; assim como melhoria dos sintomas físicos.
This report aims to analyze and reflect on the development of both common and specific skills of the specialist nurse in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, as well as the skills leading to a Master's degree in Nursing developed during stage 1 and the final stage of the Master's program. We reflect on the nurse's role in the recovery journey of individuals with mental illness, focusing on the therapeutic relationship established to meet the person's needs, highlighting the importance of person-centered care. In this context, an intervention project was developed on the use of artisticexpressive mediators by the ESMP specialist nurse, aiming to enhance hope, improve selfesteem, socialization, and behavior modification. Positive outcomes were identified, such as increased awareness of others, greater self-awareness, willingness to explore creativity, and improvement in physical symptoms.
