melhoria.
Abstract The objective of this dissertation was to evaluate the training of Fire Safety courses in buildings for project authors and self-protection measures of the 3rd and 4th category of risk in order to assess the adequacy of the training and the needs for improvement. In order to prepare this evaluation, a survey of the authors of projects and selfprotection measures, training entities, trainers and course coordinators was carried out with the ANPC, and afterwards, a questionnaire survey was sent to each one. impact of training in each of the groups surveyed. The analysis was performed through descriptive statistics, using the statistical functions of Microsoft Excel 2007 and the SPSS program. Through these results, it was possible to validate the three hypotheses initially defined, validating that the courses are adequate, have opportunities for improvement and it is possible to identify the main opportunities for improvement from the perspective of the interested parties. The rate of survey responses by the trainees was the only one considered acceptable, corresponding to a sample error for a 95% confidence interval of less than 10%, the same did not occur with the remaining groups of respondents, which limited the representativeness. However, it was possible to verify that in general the training action is considered adequate by the groups interviewed, although it also presents needs for improvement.
