Este relatório de estágio tem como finalidade descrever e analisar o percurso realizado
durante os estágios realizados numa unidade de internamento de psiquiatria de adultos, e posteriormente
numa unidade de pedopsiquiatria, onde foram desenvolvidas competências de enfermeiro
especialista e de mestre, com o objetivo de obter o grau de Mestre em Enfermagem no ramo
da Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. Concomitantemente, também é apresentado o Projeto de Intervenção
em Serviço, desenvolvido durante o estágio na unidade de internamento de pedopsiquiatria.
Recorrendo aos pressupostos da metodologia de trabalho de projeto, foi realizada uma
revisão integrativa de literatura e posteriormente uma formação em serviço. Através desta revisão
pretendia-se investigar quais as intervenções de Enfermagem que promovem o ambiente terapêutico
no internamento de adolescentes em sofrimento mental. Verificou-se que a terapia pelo meio
tem sido inadequadamente investigada e desenvolvida pelos Enfermeiros, existindo escassa literatura
que suporte as intervenções de enfermagem que promovem um ambiente terapêutico estruturado
e saudável.
The purpose of this internship report is to describe and analyze the pathway performed during internships in an adult psychiatric inpatient unit, and later in a pediatric psychiatry unit where competences of specialist nurse and teacher were developed, with the objective of obtaining a Master's Degree in Nursing in the field of Mental and Psychiatric Health. At the same time, the Service Intervention Project, developed during the internship at the pediatric inpatient unit, is also presented. Based on the presupposed of project methodology, an integrative review of literature was carried out, followed by in-service formation. Through this review it was intended to investigate which Nursing interventions promote the therapeutic environment in the internment of adolescents in mental suffering. It has been verified that the therapy through the medium has been inadequately investigated and developed by the Nurses, and there is scarce literature that supports the nursing interventions that promote a structured and healthy therapeutic environment.
