Vivemos num mundo diversificado e cada vez mais competitivo, repleto de mudanças, dificuldades e problemas onde estamos em constantes alterações. Dentro destas alterações, a Gestão de Recursos humanos não poderia ficar de for a, passando inclusive a ser uma das áreas de destaque nas organizações. Anos atrás, as pessoas eram vistas apenas como Recursos de produções, máquinas sem valorização profissional. As organizações não se preocupavam com o bem estar dos trabalhadores nem os benefícios. Isto, era visivelmente percebido na era industrial. Na era da informação, as pessoas passaram a representar o capital humano, vistas como “máquinas” produtivas. Este capital pode agregar mais ou menos valor para a organização. Neste contexto as organizações passaram a estar preparadas e atentas para com os seus trabalhadores e com a Introdução de novos membros no seu seio. O presente estudo, tem como objective perceber junto das organizações bancárias privadas em Angola como é feita a Integração dos estagiários e o enquadramento que lhes é dado dentro das organizações.
Tendo em conta a lacuna ao nível do conhecimento cientifico apropriado sobre essa temático em Angola, recorrer-se a pesquisa qualitativa devido ao seu carácter descritivo e exploratório. Como método de investigação, optou-se pela realização de estudo de caso, referente às instituições bancárias em Angola.
Os Resultados evidenciam semelhanças e pequenas diferenças no que diz respeito â forma como as organizações integram os estagiários. Os mesmos levam a afirmar que as Práticas de GRH de elevado desempenho estão presentes nas instituições do sector bancário. Foi encontrado uma relação positiva no modo como as organizações integram os estagiários que esta consonância com o enquadramento feito aos estagiários dentro das mesmas, reflectindo assim um padrão positive de respostas. Por fim conclui-se que essa actividade tem vindo a crescer e a ganhar notoriedade junto das instituições bancárias privadas.
We live in a diverse and increasing competitive world full of changes and difficulties that lead us in constant changes. Within these alterations, the Human Resource Management could not be meaningless, becoming one of the most important field in the organizations. Years ago, people were seen only as production resources, machines without professional value. The organizations were not preoccupied about the worker´s welfare or benefits. This was easily perceved in the industrial age. In the information age, people started to represent the human capital, seen then as “productive machines". This capital has the potential to add value to the organization. In this context the organizations have to be prepared and vigilant towards their workers and the introduction of new members in their midst. This study aims to study private Angola banking organizations about the way they integrate trainees and the environment the trainees are given within the organizations. Considering the lack of appropriate scientific knowledge about the theme in Angola, it was used a qualitative research due to its descriptive and exploratory character. As Research Method, it was choosen a Study Case to study the banking institutions in Angola. Regardin to the organizatins, the results showed similarities and slight differences on the way organizations integrate trainees. They confirm that the use of high-performance practices of HRM are presents in the institutions of the banking sector. It was concluded that a positive relationship exists between the way organizations integrate the trainees and the integration within the same, reflecting a pattern of positive response. Finally it is concluded that this activity has been growing and gaining notoriety in private banks.
