Este projeto profissional visa a implementação de um investimento familiar de turismo no espaço rural em Cortiçadas do Lavre, Alentejo. Além de Portugal ser um paraíso para o turismo, considero esta vertente do turismo em espaço rural muito interessante e com cada vez mais procura.
O projeto foca-se na promoção do The Cork Grove, enquanto promove o desenvolvimento turístico e económico da região, preservando a sua beleza natural.
Inicialmente é feita uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema em questão, seguido de um plano de negócio detalhado, abordando todos os aspetos relevantes para a realização deste empreendimento turístico. Foi essencial detalhar as medidas de implementação, plano de marketing e comunicação e a viabilidade económica do investimento.
Além de oferecer um alojamento turístico, irei focar-me em descrever diversas atividades turísticas interessantes que podem ser feitas durante a estadia, tais como workshops com cortiça, passeios de buggy, caminhadas e degustações de produtos regionais.
