| dc.description.abstract | O trabalho atual teve como objetivo saber se em momentos de extrema pressão (emergência a bordo) a reação dos pilotos no processo de tomada de decisão, melhoraria com a aplicação do treino das habilidades decisionais. Para o suporte desta análise considerou-se a Tomada de Decisão Naturalista, os Modelos Analíticos de Decisão, a Aeronautical Decision Making, o recurso à Inteligência Artificial e o Treino das Habilidades Decisionais. No seguimento do estudo efetuado suportado por diversas investigações de outros autores nesta matéria, a resposta à hipótese formulada é afirmativa para a consideração da tomada de decisão naturalista e aplicação do treino das habilidades decisionais no treino dos pilotos em ambiente de emergência. | dc.description.abstract | The goal of the current study is to analyse if in moments of extreme pressure (case of an emergency on board) the pilot’s reaction in the decision making process would be improved with the application of decision making skills training. To support this study the Naturalistic Decision Making, Decision Analytical Models, Aeronautical Decision Making, Artificial Intelligence use and Decisions Skills Training were considered. Following the study carried out by several researchers and other authors in this matter, the answer to the hypothesis formulated is affirmative to consider the naturalistic decision making and application of decisional skills training in the training of pilots in an emergency environment. The present work is exploratory, explanatory and descriptive in nature based on nonexperimental methodology, using the method of content analysis and focusing on an inductive approach. | pt_PT |
