A presente investigação busca determinar a vantagem de uma
pequena agência criativa construir um website utilizando um
modelo de arquitetura de informação e plano de conteúdos
irreverentes, em comparação com o uso de templates
tradicionais fornecidos por plataformas de criação de websites.
Este estudo pretende definir os conceitos de "website
tradicional" e "website irreverente" e identificar os elementos
essenciais e as melhores estratégias para que pequenas agências
criativas se destaquem na web. A arquitetura de informação,
devido à sua importância na organização, priorização e relação
dos conteúdos, quando trabalhada de forma mais ousada e
inovadora, impacta positiva e diretamente na experiência do
utilizador. As empresas podem adotar estruturas mais
irreverentes nos seus websites, desde que se comprometam com
um plano de monitorização do comportamento dos utilizadores
e este esforço é compensado pelo fator surpresa que alcançam
com uma presença digital original.
This research seeks to determine the advantage of a small creative agency building a website using an irreverent information architecture model and content plan, compared to using traditional models made available by website creation platforms. The study aims to define the concepts of “traditional website” and “irreverent website” and identify the essential elements and the best strategies for small creative agencies to stand out on the web. Information architecture, due to its importance in organizing, prioritizing and relating content, when worked in a bolder and more innovative way, has a positive and direct impact on the user experience. Companies can adopt more irreverent structures on their websites, as long as they commit to a user behavior monitoring plan and this effort is compensated by the surprise factor they achieve with an original digital presence.
