| dc.description.abstract | A violência doméstica é um crime ao qual se tem dado uma especial atenção nos últimos anos. O presente trabalho, subordinado ao tema: “atendimento e encaminhamento das vítimas de violência doméstica”, procura perceber que tipo de atendimento e encaminhamento é prestado pela GNR a estas vítimas. Dividido em duas partes – uma teórica e uma prática – na parte teórica são definidos conceitos essenciais à compreensão do problema, apresentadas teorias que tentam explicar a ocorrência das situações de violência, analisados os principais diplomas legais que envolvem este tema, assim como são explicadas as formas de atuação perante uma vítima de violência doméstica. A parte prática, realizada no Comando Territorial de Lisboa, através de entrevistas aos militares que trabalham diretamente com estas vítimas, tem como objetivo a recolha de informação, para se perceber em que condições é feito o atendimento às vítimas, qual o nível de formação recebida pelos militares que trabalham diretamente com este problema e, ainda, verificar quais os aspetos que podem ser melhorados na colaboração existente com as instituições civis de apoio à vítima, essenciais à prestação do devido encaminhamento. Com esta investigação concluiu-se que nem todos os Postos Territoriais dispõem das condições que são exigíveis, como é o caso da sala de apoio à vítima, que a formação dada aos militares que lidam diretamente com esta matéria deveria ser mais incisiva em determinadas matérias, tais como o atendimento a menores e a elaboração do inquérito. Concluiu-se, também, que é necessária a existência de relações interpessoais entre os militares da GNR e os elementos que fazem parte das instituições civis de apoio à vítima e uma maior partilha de informação entre as diversas entidades, por forma a serem sinalizadas situações de risco. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract Domestic violence is a crime which has been given special attention in recent years. The present work, subject to the theme "attendance and leading of domestic violence victims", seeks to understand what kind of attendance and leading is provided by GNR to these victims. Divided into two parts - one theoretical and one practical – in the theoretical part are defined essential concepts to the understanding of the problem, are presented theories which attempt to explain the occurrence of situations of violence, are analyzed the main legal acts involving this issue, as well as are explained the procedures towards a victim of domestic violence. The practical part, held in Lisbon Territorial Command through interviews to military personnel who work directly with these victims, aims to collect information to understand under which conditions the service to the victims is done, which is the level of training received by the military who work directly with this problem , and also to verify which aspects essential to the provision of proper leading can be improved in the existing collaboration with the civil institutions of victim support. With this research we concluded that not all GNR stations hold the conditions which are required, as is the case of the victim support room, the training given to the military personnel who deal directly with this subject should be more incisive in certain matters, such as minor service and elaboration of the inquiry. It has been also concluded that it is necessary the existence of interpersonal relations between the military of GNR and the elements who are part of the civil institutions of victim support and a greater sharing of information between the various entities in order to flag risk situations. | por |
