Abstract(s)
O presente projeto de investigação, no âmbito do Mestrado de Educação Pré-Escolar
realizado na Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, tem como
principal objetivo estudar e perceber qual a melhor forma de realizar o processo de
adaptação de crianças em creche e em jardim-de-infância.
Pretende-se através desta investigação compreender a forma como as diferentes equipas
pedagógicas se organizam e se comportam de modo a possibilitar um processo de
adaptação mais harmonioso, tanto para as crianças como para as famílias.
Para a realização deste projeto foi usada a metodologia de Investigação-Ação, na qual
foram utilizados os seguintes dispositivos de recolha e análise de informação: a
observação participante; as notas de campo; os registos fotográficos; a pesquisa e
análise documental; os inquéritos por questionários solicitados às 3 educadoras
cooperantes.
O projeto encontra-se dividido em cinco capítulos, o primeiro diz respeito à
fundamentação teórica, o segundo a toda a metodologia utilizada na realização do
mesmo, o terceiro é composto pela caracterização dos locais onde estagiei, assim como
das equipas pedagógicas e dos grupos com quem entrevi, o quarto capitulo refere-se a
casos práticos observados e intervenções realizadas quer por mim, quer pelas
educadoras cooperantes, assim como as suas conceções sobre adaptação, o quinto e
último capítulo diz respeito às considerações finais, a uma sintetização de todo o
percurso por mim realizado, assim como este contribuiu para o meu desenvolvimento e
crescimento tanto pessoal como profissional, na profissão de educadora de infância.
The present research project, in the framework of the Master of Education preschool held at Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, the main goal is to study and understand how best to carry out the process of adaptation of children in nursery school and kindergarten. This study aims to understand how the different pedagogical teams organize and behave so as to enable a more harmonious adaptation process, both for children and their families For the realization of this project was used the methodology of action research, in which were used the following collection an analysis of information tactics: participant observation; field notes; photographic records; research an analysis of documents; surveys requested to tree kindergarten teachers. The project is divided into five chapters, the first one deals with the theoretical basis, the second with the whole methodology used in the project, the third is composed of the characterization of the places where I was a teacher, as well as the pedagogical teams and groups with the fourth chapter refers to practical cases observed and interventions made by myself and the cooperating educators, as well as their conceptions on adaptation, the fifth and final chapter concerns the final considerations, a synthesis of the whole my contribution to my personal and professional development and growth in the profession as a kindergarten teacher.
