Através deste projecto pretende-se despertar a atenção para temas sociais, políticos e ambientais.
O objectivo da pesquisa teórica elaborada é tentar perceber se o humor é mais eficiente que
outras abordagens a transmitir este género de mensagens. Nas campanhas de organizações
humanistas é muito usual este estilo de expressão, o que é um indicio de que o humor pode ser uma arma poderosa na denuncia de situações de injustiça social. Através da pesquisa bibliográfica realizada, as conclusões são que o humor é considerado pelos publicitários mais eficaz que o não-humor a captar a atenção da audiência e a transmitir a mensagem na maioria dos casos.
Through this project it is intended to raise awareness to social, political and environmental issues. The purpose of the elaborated theoretical research is to try to understand if humor is more efficient than other approaches to transmit this kind of messages. In the humanist organizations' campaigns, this style of expression is very usual, which is an indication that humor can be a powerful weapon in denouncing situations of social injustice. Through the bibliographical research carried out, the conclusions are that humor is considered by the advertisers more effective than the non-humor to capture the attention of the audience and to transmit the message in the majority of the cases.
