Abstract(s)
A fase
Delphi. A fase 2 consisu no desenvolvimento do protópo e no teste do jogo (aplicação e
Resultados: A fase 1, estudo
a práca supervisiva.
Introduction: Clinical Supervision in Nursing is a process of monitoring professional practice. The processes of reflection and analysis of clinical practice allow newly licensed nurses (or those recently admitted to a service) to adapt to complex and changing contexts. As an alternative to common clinical supervision practices, the use of gamification allows you to reinvent supervision methodologies with greater and recognized benefits in the development of professional skills. Recent results demonstrated that the use of the gamification methodology proved to be an added value when compared to conventional methods of Clinical Supervision in Nursing. Taking advantage of the benefits of gamification, after realizing the lack of knowledge about Clinical Supervision on the part of some Nurse Supervisors at a hospital institution, we set out to create a gamified instrument of a reflective nature and shared experiences, in order to equip professionals responsible for supervision of peers, without training in the area, with basic skills in the area of Clinical Supervision in Nursing. Objective: Develop a prototype of a gamified resource that promotes knowledge about Clinical Supervision in Nursing. Methodology: This study follows the stages of developing a gamified resource. Phase 1 aimed to create the game construct through literature review, construction of game content (questions and answers) and validation of this content through a Delphi study. Phase 2 consisted of developing the prototype and testing the game (application and evaluation using a questionnaire created for this purpose). Results: Phase 1, the Delphi study, took place in two rounds and allowed the proposed questions to be validated. An average degree of agreement of 71% was obtained in the 51 questions and 10 clinical cases to be incorporated into the game called: “Game4NurseSupervisor”. In this game, the player must answer the questions/clinical cases presented, displayed on colored cards that cover different themes of Clinical Supervision in Nursing, after rolling the dice that determines the movement of a pawn on the game board. After applying and testing the game, its reflective, playful, dynamic, interactive and didactic power stands out, with suggestions for improvement highlighting the need to reduce the time required for its application and the need for a reduced number of users. Conclusion: The game was clearly evaluated as significant by users as it allows players, individually or in small teams, to reflect on Clinical Supervision themes and optimize supervisory practice.
