Este projeto baseia-se na elaboração de um Business Plan para a criação de uma consultora de gestão para PME, apoiando-as nas suas demais dificuldades através da prestação de serviços personalizados, inteiramente adequados à realidade e ao ritmo de cada empresa.
A Magest Consulting será uma microempresa de consultoria em marketing, otimização de processos e apoio a fundos de financiamento direcionado para micro e pequenas empresas.
A economia portuguesa, considerada como uma das mais atrativas para investimento, é altamente impulsionada pelo tecido empresarial que se representa por 99.9% de PME. Quase 14% destas, cessaram a sua atividade principalmente por uma errática identificação de lacunas organizações que condenaram a longevidade destas empresas. Uma das formas para o combater através da consultoria que se apresenta como um serviço de aconselhamento prestado a organizações por entidades que auxiliam a organização a identificar e melhorar falhas organizacionais. Em 2018, a consultoria gerou de 4,6 mil milhões de euros referente à prestação de serviço, um aumento de 7.14% face ao ano anterior, demonstrado uma oportunidade para uma empresa nova se posicionar no setor.
Para analisar tal oportunidade, a metodologia do projeto teve duas fases: a recolha de dados secundários, de modo a agregar valor para o enquadramento e a recolha de dados primários realizada através de um questionário resultando num total de 96 respostas. Concluiu-se que 85.72% dos não-clientes está disposto a conhecer a consultora, e a contratualizar os serviços num intervalo de preços entre os 38€ e os 8.500€. O projeto confirma ainda a sua viabilidade financeira com um valor atual líquido de 6.388€, uma taxa interna de rendibilidade de 25.86% e um pay back de 4 anos.
This project is based on a Business Plan development for the creation of a management consultancy business for SME, supporting them in their difficulties offering a personalized service totally adapted to the reality and pace of each company. Magest Consulting will be a micro consultancy business targeting on marketing, process optimization and funding funds application to micro and small companies. The Portuguese economy, considered as one of the most attractive for investments, is highly driven by the SMEs that represents 99.9% of all companies. Almost 14% of these, ceased their activity mainly by an erratic identification of organizational gaps that condemned the longevity of these companies. The way to mitigate it is with the use of consulting services that are considered an advisory service provided to organizations by entities that helps the organization to identify organizational failures. In 2018, the consultancy generated 4.6 billion euros, representing an increase of 7.14% compared to the previous year, showing an opportunity for a new company to position itself in the sector. To validate its feasibility, the project methodology had two phases: the secondary data collection, to add value to the framework and, to the primary data that was carried out through a questionnaire resulting in a total of 96 responses. It was concluded that 85.72% of non-clients are willing to know more about the consultancy company and are willing to pay between 38€ and 8,500€. The project also confirms its financial viability with a net present value of €6.388, an internal rate of return of 25.86% and a 4-year payback period.
