dc.description.abstractO presente relatório do Projeto de Investigação, apresenta um estudo realizado em dois contextos educativos, creche e jardim de infância, no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar da ESE/IPS. A temática abordada neste projeto de investigação é o brincar no exterior, e o objetivo foi compreender como podem os/as educadores de infância potenciar o mesmo, nos contextos de educação de infância. A metodologia adotada foi a abordagem qualitativa e a metodologia de investigação ação. Na recolha de informação foram realizadas observações e notas de campo, registos multimédia, análise documental e conversas informais e as reflexões cooperadas com as educadoras de infância. Várias foram as observações e as intervenções desenvolvidas no espaço exterior, tanto na creche como no jardim de infância, que permitiram perceber as potencialidades deste espaço para o desenvolvimento e aprendizagem das crianças. Através deste estudo foi possível compreender que o espaço exterior era valorizado pelas educadoras cooperantes e era entendido como um espaço promotor de aprendizagens. Ambas as educadoras utilizavam diariamente este espaço, quer para as crianças brincarem quer para a realização de projetos que muitas vezes começavam no exterior e acabavam na sala e vice-versa.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThis Research Project report presents a study carried out in two educational contexts, nursery and kindergarten, within the scope of the Masters in Pre-School Education at ESE/IPS. The theme addressed in this research project is playing outdoors, and the objective was to understand how kindergarten teachers can enhance the same, in the context of early childhood education. The methodology adopted was the qualitative approach and the action research methodology. In the collection of information, observations and field notes were carried out, multimedia records, document analysis and informal conversations and reflections cooperated with the kindergarten teachers. There were several observations and interventions developed in the outdoor space, both in the nursery and in the kindergarten, which allowed us to perceive the potential of this space for the development and learning of children. Through this study it was possible to understand that the outer space was valued by the cooperating educators and was understood as a space to promote learning. Both educators used this space daily, either for children to play or to carry out projects that often started outside and ended up in the classroom and vice versa.pt_PT
