dc.description.abstractO presente estudo teĆ³rico teve como propĆ³sito potenciar uma reflexĆ£o sobre a separaĆ§Ć£o do atendimento ao pĆŗblico da gestĆ£o policial, bem como analisar a pertinĆŖncia da eventual implementaĆ§Ć£o de um modelo de reorganizaĆ§Ć£o do atendimento ao pĆŗblico, a fim de dar uma resposta mais cĆ©lere, diferenciada e especializada ao cidadĆ£o. Pelo observado na anĆ”lise realizada, essa reestruturaĆ§Ć£o pode passar pela centralizaĆ§Ć£o de serviƧos de atendimento ao pĆŗblico, de forma integrada, num edifĆ­cio com uma Ć”rea geogrĆ”fica de representaĆ§Ć£o nunca inferior ao atual nĆ­vel de divisĆ£o, que, com uma triagem otimizada, nomeadamente atravĆ©s da utilizaĆ§Ć£o de dispositivos de inteligĆŖncia artificial, se pode traduzir nĆ£o sĆ³ na rapidez da resoluĆ§Ć£o do auxĆ­lio pelo qual os cidadĆ£os se deslocam Ć s diversas esquadras policiais, mas tambĆ©m na redistribuiĆ§Ć£o dos polĆ­cias para outras Ć”reas, porventura mais especializadas. A triagem atrĆ”s referida nĆ£o implica a substituiĆ§Ć£o da presenƧa fĆ­sica de polĆ­cias nos locais de atendimento. A importĆ¢ncia da relaĆ§Ć£o de proximidade policia-cidadĆ£o estĆ” espelhada ao longo do trabalho e Ć© um objetivo, bem como um desafio que assim se mantenha.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this theoretical study was to empower a reflection on the separation of the public attendance from the police management, as well as to analyze the pertinence of the eventual implementation of a model of reorganization of the public attendance, to give a faster, differentiated, and specialized response to the citizen. As observed in the analysis carried out, this restructuring may involve the centralization of the public attendance services, in an integrated manner, in a building with a geographical area of representation never inferior to the current division level, which, with an optimized triage, namely through the use of artificial intelligence devices, may be translated not only in the speed of resolution of the assistance for which citizens go to the various police stations, but also in the redistribution of police officers to other areas, perhaps more specialized. The abovementioned triage does not imply the substitution of the physical presence of police officers in the attendance places. The importance of the police-citizen proximity relationship is mirrored throughout the work, and it is an objective, as well as a challenge to keep it that way.
