Abstract(s)
O presente relatório descreve a experiência profissional e formativa vivida durante o estágio curricular realizado no Escritório do Solicitador Sérgio Janeiro, no âmbito do Mestrado em Direito Judiciário da Universidade Europeia, entre novembro e dezembro de 2024. Através da inserção prática num ambiente de solicitadoria, a estagiária teve oportunidade de acompanhar, participar e refletir sobre um vasto conjunto de atividades jurídicas nas áreas do Direito Civil, Comercial, Imobiliário, Trabalhista, Fiscal e, com especial enfoque, nas áreas Comercial, Automóvel e Predial.
O relatório tem como principal objetivo analisar o papel do solicitador na promoção de uma justiça mais acessível, célere e eficaz, avaliando como a sua atuação contribui para a resolução extrajudicial de conflitos, a prevenção da litigiosidade e a desburocratização de procedimentos. Através de uma metodologia descritiva e reflexiva, sustentada na observação direta, participação ativa e pesquisa jurídica, o trabalho evidencia a importância crescente desta profissão no contexto da modernização do sistema de justiça português.
Entre as atividades desenvolvidas, destacam-se o atendimento ao público, a redação de peças e contratos, a instrução de processos administrativos e judiciais, e a articulação com diversas entidades públicas. O contacto com plataformas digitais como CITIUS, SITAF e Registo Predial Online reforçou a necessidade de literacia digital na prática jurídica contemporânea.
A análise crítica apresentada ao longo do relatório permite compreender a realidade concreta da profissão de solicitador, valorizando o seu contributo técnico, social e institucional. A experiência de estágio revelou-se decisiva para o amadurecimento pessoal e profissional da estagiária, consolidando competências essenciais ao exercício da atividade jurídica.
This report presents the professional and educational experience gained during the curricular internship held at Solicitor Sérgio Janeiro’s Office, as part of the Master’s in Judicial Law at Universidade Europeia, between November and December 2024. Through practical immersion in a legal office environment, the intern had the opportunity to observe, engage, and reflect on a broad range of legal activities in areas such as Civil, Commercial, Real Estate, Labor, Tax, and in particular, Commercial, Automobile, and Property Law. The report aims to analyze the solicitor’s role in promoting a more accessible, efficient, and expeditious justice, highlighting how their actions contribute to extrajudicial conflict resolution, litigation prevention, and procedural simplification. Using a descriptive and reflective methodology, based on direct observation, active participation, and legal research, the report underscores the growing importance of this profession in the modernization of the Portuguese justice system. Among the activities carried out, the report highlights public service, drafting of legal documents and contracts, preparation of administrative and judicial processes, and interaction with public entities. The use of digital platforms such as CITIUS, SITAF, and the Online Land Registry emphasized the relevance of digital literacy in contemporary legal practice. The critical analysis throughout the report provides a realistic understanding of the solicitor’s profession, emphasizing its technical, social, and institutional contributions. The internship experience proved to be crucial for the intern’s personal and professional development, consolidating essential competencies for future legal practice.
