Cannabis sativa L. has been gaining prominence for medicinal and therapeutic purposes globally, and in our country, it is a crop that is expanding. With the need to generate new plants from the macro propagation process, it was decided to choose a variety that is difficult to root and thus, through a comparative analysis using eight treatments, the aim was to determine which treatment had the highest rooting rate. These eight treatments encompass three different assumptions: the size of the clone, the light intensity from the fifth day onwards, and the Ec (electric conductivity) used in fertigation. Throughout the trial, the thirty-three clones were propagated in each of the eight treatments in the respective substrate tray, and measurements were taken of each clone at two different times, as well as observing the appearance of new leaves. The number of roots observed were counted on three different days in order to obtain a more concrete result. These eight treatments were performed with three repetitions in order to obtain the most reliable result possible, placing the treatments randomly inside the room. After collecting all this data, it was analyzed and a conclusion was reached. After analysing the results and drawing conclusions from all the treatments in comparison with our control, in this case treatment 6, it is possible to identify which factors influence the rooting of the cuttings as well as their development.
