Este Relatório, representa a etapa final do Mestrado em Enfermagem com especialização
em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica, realizado entre os anos de 2021 e 2023, na
Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal.
No Estágio Final, um projeto de intervenção centrado na temática da autoestima nos
adolescentes, foi realizado em contexto comunitário, objetivando a aquisição e
desenvolvimento de competências comuns, específicas e de mestre na área de Enfermagem de
Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica, através da visão e missão de uma unidade comunitária, em âmbito
de promoção da saúde mental e prevenção da doença mental. O primeiro Estágio, foi no âmbito
de diagnóstico e recuperação da doença mental, tendo sido realizado num hospital de dia de
Pedopsiquiatria.
Como objetivo deste relatório, de modalidade descritiva e reflexiva, pretende-se analisar e
sistematizar o percurso realizado ao longo de ambos os estágios, fundamentando as
intervenções promotoras de autoestima exercidas e explorando as competências
desenvolvidas.
Através dos estágios foi praticado o conhecimento adquirido das unidades curriculares,
desenvolvidas competências comuns, específicas e de mestre, no cuidado de enfermagem
especializado na área da saúde e da doença mental, aprimorado o autoconhecimento e as
capacidades críticas e reflexivas, e adquiridas competências que permitem o exercício
especializado em intervenções de âmbito psicoterapêutico, socioterapêutico, psicossocial e
psicoeducacional.
This Report represents the final stage of the Master's Degree in Nursing with specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, carried out between 2021 and 2023, at the Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal. In the Final Stage, an intervention project centered on the theme of self-esteem in adolescents was carried out in a community context, aiming at the acquisition and development of common, specific and master's skills in the area of Mental and Psychiatric Health Nursing, through the vision and mission of a community unit, in the context of promoting mental health and preventing mental illness. The first Internship, was in the context of diagnosis and recovery from mental illness, having been carried out in a day hospital of Child Psychiatry. The purpose of this descriptive and reflective report is to analyze and systematize the path taken during both internships, supporting the self-esteem-promoting interventions carried out and exploring the skills developed. Through the internships, the knowledge acquired from the curricular units was practiced, common, specific and master's skills were developed, in specialized nursing care in the area of health and mental illness, self-knowledge and critical and reflective skills were improved, and skills were acquired that allow the specialized exercise in psychotherapeutic, sociotherapeutic, psychosocial and psychoeducational interventions.
