| dc.description.abstract | Este relatório de Estágio carateriza o culminar do ciclo de estudos do Mestrado em Enfermagem, tendo como área de especialização a Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, na vertente da Pessoa em Situação Crítica, e visa a obtenção do grau de Mestre e do título de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica. Foi efetuada uma descrição pormenorizadamente dos diferentes contextos de estágio, analisando-os através de uma perspetiva de enfermeiro especialista para mais tarde correlacionar com o desenvolvimento de competências. É também apresentada a fundamentação teórica que suportou este relatório, nomeadamente a Teoria da Sabedoria Clínica em Cuidados de Saúde Agudos e Críticos, bem como a evidência mais recente sobre a transferência inter-hospitalar da pessoa em situação crítica cardíaca com necessidade de intervenção hemodinâmica. Relativamente ao projeto de intervenção em serviço realizado no serviço de urgência, a sua descrição pormenorizada é efetuada seguindo todas as etapas da metodologia de projeto, com foco para aprofundar conhecimentos numa determinada área do saber, relacionada com a enfermagem médico-cirúrgica e que envolvesse a temática da Pessoa em situação crítica. Por fim, apresenta-se uma análise crítica e reflexiva do percurso traçado para a aquisição das competências comuns de enfermeira especialista, e específicas em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, bem como as competências de Mestre em Enfermagem. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This Internship report characterizes the culmination of the Master's degree in Nursing, with the area of specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing, in Persons in Critical Situations, and aims to obtain the Master's degree and the title of Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing. A detailed description of the different internship contexts was carried out, analyzing them from the perspective of a specialist nurse to later correlate with the development of skills. The theoretical foundation that supported this report is also presented, namely the Theory of Clinical Wisdom in Acute and Critical Health Care, as well as the most recent evidence on the inter-hospital transfer of people in a critical cardiac situation in need of hemodynamic intervention. Regarding the in-service intervention project carried out in the emergency service, its detailed description is carried out following all stages of the project methodology, with a focus on deepening knowledge in a certain area of knowledge, related to medical-surgical nursing and involving the theme of Persons in critical situations. Finally, a critical and reflective analysis is presented of the path taken to acquire the common skills of a specialist nurse, and specific skills in Medical-Surgical Nursing, as well as the skills of a Master’s in Nursing. | pt_PT |
