O recrutamento e seleção os dois formam um processo que visa atrair e selecionar candidatos a uma vaga em aberto na empresa, sendo que neste processo um dos momentos mais importante e a entrevista entre o candidato e o recrutador. Este relatório de estágio elaborado no âmbito do mestrado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, procura analisar o impacto da entrevista de emprego, dentro do processo de recrutamento e seleção, uma vez que a entrevista e considerada como um dos momentos mais importante e crucial deste processo. No decorrer do estágio desenvolvi várias atividades, como à análise da necessidade de recrutamento, anúncio da vaga, análise dos Cvs acompanhei de forma direta as entrevistas a candidatos. Notou-se que é fundamental que o recrutador crie um ambiente saudável e humanizado a fim de tirar maiores informações do candidato a vaga. O estágio curricular foi realizado na empresa Astl & filhos Lda., sob a orientação científica do Professor Dr. Luís Andrade e com a supervisão de Amilton Martins socio gerente da Empresa Astl & filhos Lda e teve a duração de um mês e 15 dias.
Recruitment and selection both form a process that aims to attract and select candidates for an open position in the company, and in this process one of the most important moments is the interview between the candidate and the recruiter. This internship report prepared within the scope of the masters in human, resources management, seeks to analyze the impact of the job interview, within the recruitment and selection process, since the interview is considered one of the most important and crucial moments of this process. During the internship, l developed several activities, such as analyzing the need for recruitment, advertising the vacancy, analyzing CVs and directly following the interviews with candidates. It was noted that it is essential for the recruiter to create a healthy and humane environment in order to obtain more information from the vacancy candidates. The curricular internship was carried out at Astl & Filhos Lda., under the scientific guidance of teacher Dr. Luís Andrande and with the supervision of Amilton Martins, managing partner of company Astl & Filhos Lda., and lasted one months and 15 days.
