Com a finalidade de obter o grau de mestre em Marketing Digital a minha decisão de trabalho final recaiu sobre o Projeto de Estágio, pelo facto de poder colocar em prática, conhecimentos adquiridos durante o mestrado e alcançar alguma experiência profissional na área de estudo, consolidando desta forma os conhecimentos. O estágio realizou-se durante setembro e dezembro de 2018 na empresa Parcela Já, uma startup portuguesa que presta um serviço de pagamento parcelado. Numa fase inicial deste documento aborda-se de uma forma breve o âmbito de negócio como introdução ao tema, de seguida segue-se o enquadramento teórico de conceitos relevantes na elaboração deste projeto e, posteriormente, é apresentado o estágio, bem como o problema identificado que levou à concretização de um plano de comunicação e marketing para a empresa.
In order to obtain a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing, my choice fell on the Internship Project, due to the fact that I was able to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the Master's Degree and to achieve some professional experience in the area of study, thus consolidating the knowledge. The internship took place during September and December 2018 in the company Parcela Já, a Portuguese startup that provides a payment service. This document deals with the business scope, the theoretical framework of important concepts in the project elaboration. Subsequently a presentation of the internship is made, and the identified problem is presented that originated the creation of a communication and marketing plan for the company.
