Este trabalho desenvolveu-se no contexto de projeto final de mestrado em
Design Management, tendo como principal objetivo o desenvolvimento de uma
investigação que promovesse um processo de comunicação eficaz e facilitasse
a inovação do Centro de Competências da Lã (CCLã).
Pretenderam-se assim criar novas dinâmicas de comunicação que
permitissem ao setor da lã uma nova visibilidade no mercado, fomentando o
empreendedorismo social, a sustentabilidade e a valorização do território onde
o CCLã atua.
Findo este processo de investigação, obteve-se uma proposta inovadora
e aplicável, passível de ser replicada noutros setores idênticos, tornando-os mais
autónomos, com mais valor e sustentáveis através do Design, da Inovação e do
Empreendedorismo Social.
This thesis was created in the context of the final master project in Design Management. The main goal of this paper is to establish an efficient communication method that boosts innovation for Centro de Competências da Lã (CCLã). The aim is to create new communication dynamics that enable a new market visibility in the wool sector fostering evolution in terms of social entrepreneurship, sustainability and territorial enhancement. When the investigation process was finalized, I came across an innovative and applicable proposal that may be reproduced in similar sectors, leading them to be more autonomous, more valuable and sustainable through Design, Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship.
