Abstract(s)
A realização do presente trabalho insere-se no culminar do Curso de Mestrado
Integrado em Ciências Militares na especialidade de Segurança, que é ministrado na
Academia Militar, assim esta investigação encontra-se subordinada ao tema: “O papel da
liderança coletiva na gestão dos processos de trabalho na GNR: Estudo de caso do
Comando Territorial de Vila Real”.
Por ser uma temática pouco abordada, optou-se por utilizar o método exploratório,
constituiu-se várias perguntas derivadas com o objetivo de responder à pergunta de partida.
A metodologia utilizada no decorrer da presente investigação, foi a explanada por
Quivy e Campenhoud (2013), Sarmento (2013) e Vilelas (2009). Como procedimentos de
recolha de dados, utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica, análise documental e entrevistas.
No que concerne à estrutura do trabalho, adotou-se uma estrutura tripartida, a parte I
constituída pelo enquadramento teórico, onde são apresentados conceitos teóricos relativos
ao modelo de liderança coletiva, a parte II é constituída pela vertente prática da investigação,
onde são elencados os métodos e procedimentos para a recolha e análise dos dados, onde é
feito o tratamento dos dados e apresentados os resultados. Por fim na parte III são
apresentadas as conclusões, onde se apresentam as respostas às questões da investigação
bem como o grau de cumprimento dos objetivos.
Conclui-se que o modelo de liderança coletiva se constitui como uma mais-valia, para
lidar com cada vez maiores níveis de autonomia e dispersão territorial, que se fazem sentir
na componente territorial da Guarda Nacional Republicana, garantindo aos líderes novas
ferramentas e competências para lidar com as diversas situações.
The present work is part of the Master's Degree in Military Sciences in the specialty of Safety, which is taught at the Military Academy, so this research is subordinated to the theme: "The role of collective leadership in the management of processes of work in the GNR: Case study of the Territorial Command of Vila Real ". Because it is a topic that has not been approached, it was decided to use the exploratory method. Several questions were asked in order to answer the question of which is the starting point of the work. The methodology used in the course of the present investigation was explained by Quivy and Campenhoud (2013), Sarmento (2013) and Vilelas (2009). As data collection procedures were used, bibliographic research, documentary analysis and interviews. With regard to the structure of work, a tripartite structure was adopted, part I consisting of the theoretical framework, where theoretical concepts related to the model of collective leadership are presented, part II is constituted by the practical side of research, where the methods and procedures for data collection and analysis and where data are processed and the results presented, finally in part III the conclusions are presented, which present the answers to the research questions as well as the degree of compliance with the data. goals. It is concluded that the collective leadership model constitutes an added value, to deal with increasing levels of autonomy and territorial dispersion, which are felt in the territorial component of the Guarda Nacional Republicana, guaranteeing to the leaders new tools and competences for deal with the various situations.
