Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho foi realizado no âmbito do Estágio para a obtenção do grau de Mestre
em Enfermagem Perioperatória, na Escola Superior de Saúde (ESS), do Instituto Politécnico de
Setúbal (IPS).
A prestação de cuidados de enfermagem, em contexto de cirurgia ambulatória,
compreende uma abordagem individualizada, onde o planeamento dos cuidados é realizado com
base nas dimensões físicas, psicológicas, sociais de cada utente. Na cirurgia de ambulatório, apesar
de ser um contexto em que a componente técnica está bastante presente, o sucesso desta
experiência está intimamente ligado com toda a preparação que se efetua no período préoperatório
e com a capacidade que os enfermeiros têm em criar uma relação de confiança com os
utentes, permitindo-lhes expor suas as dúvidas acerca dos ensinos efetuados.
Os Enfermeiros têm uma grande responsabilidade nos ensinos que realizam, estes são a
chave para uma recuperação rápida dos utentes, assim como o estabelecimento rápido do seu
estado, providenciando o aumento da qualidade em todo o processo cirúrgico. Para este aspeto é
necessário obter competências de ensino, e comunicação e de empatia, não esquecendo a
realização de um plano de cuidados personalizado com avaliação posterior, atingindo a excelência
dos cuidados.
Numa fase inicial, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a importância dos cuidados
de enfermagem pré-operatórios na cirurgia de ambulatório, com a aquisição de conhecimentos que
demostraram a sua importância. Perante a evidência alcançada e com os défices identificados na
instituição desenvolveu-se o projeto com o objetivo de otimizar os cuidados pré-operatórios
prestados aos utentes em regime de ambulatório. O projeto foi elaborado com base na
metodologia de projeto.
Também se considerou pertinente a elaboração de um folheto informativo a fornecer ao
utente na consulta de enfermagem pré-operatória que está a ser desenvolvida.
The present work was carried out in the scope of the internship to obtain the degree of Master in Perioperative Nursing, at the Health School (ESS), of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (IPS). The provision of nursing care, in the context of ambulatory surgery, comprises an individualized approach, where care planning is performed based on the physical, psychological, and social dimensions of each wearer. In outpatient surgery, despite being a context in which the technical component is very present, the success of this experience is intimately linked with all the preparation that takes effect in the preoperative period and with the capacity that nurses have in Create a relationship of trust with the users, allowing them to expose their doubts about the teachings made. The nurses have a great responsibility in the teachings they perform, these are the key to a rapid recovery of users, as well as the rapid establishment of their state, providing an increase in quality throughout the surgical process. For this aspect it is necessary to obtain teaching skills, and communication and empathy, not forgetting the realization of a personality care plan with posterior evaluation, achieving the excellence of care At an early stage, a Bibliographic Review was carried out on the importance of Preoperative care and nursing in outpatient surgery, with the Acquisition of knowledge that has demonstrated its importance. In view of the evidence reached and the deficits identified in the institution, the project was developed with the objective of optimizing the preoperative care provided to users in outpatient clinics. The project was elaborated based on the project methodology. It was also pertinent to elaborate an informative leaflet to be provided to the user in the Preoperative nursing consultation that is being developed.
