Este relatório de estágio visa descrever as atividades desenvolvidas na empresa Softinsa incluindo a apresentação de um estudo efetuado no âmbito do mesmo. O objetivo do estudo foi conhecer melhor os aspetos que os colaboradores da Geração Millennial mais valorizam dentro da organização, contribuindo assim para que possam vir a ser desenvolvidas ações que promovam a retenção destes colaboradores. Após uma revisão da literatura sobre a temática passou-se à análise e tratamento de dados sobre as saídas da organização durante 2017 e verificámos que esta geração foi a que apresentou um peso superior no total das saídas. Na parte final do relatório apresenta-se um balanço global sobre o estágio.
This internship report is intended to describe the activities carried out at the company Softinsa including the presentation of a study carried out within it. The objective of the study was to better understand the aspects that Millennial employees value most within the organization, thus contributing to the development of actions that promote the retention of these employees. After a review of the literature on the subject, was analysed and processed data about the organization turnover during the year of 2017 and the conclusions was that this generation was the one that presented a higher weight in the total turnover. The final part of the report presents an overview of the internship.
