| dc.description.abstract | Atualmente, a educação tem um papel muito importante e marcante na vida de cada um de nós. Alarcão (1996, p.55) alerta-nos que para a educação, “interessa fundamentalmente o pensar real, interessa criar atitudes que desenvolvam nos seres humanos um pensamento efectivo, uma postura mental de questionar, problematizar, sugerir e construir a partir daí um conhecimento alicerçado em bases sólidas”. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho procura compreender a importância da motivação para aprender de alunos que frequentam o 1.ºCiclo do Ensino Básico bem como os fatores que a influenciam em contexto pedagógico. Para este estudo, assumimos um paradigma interpretativo e desenvolvemos um design de estudo exploratório. Os participantes deste estudo foram doze professores do 1.ºCiclo do Ensino Básico que trabalham quer no Ensino Privado e no Ensino Público. Como instrumentos de recolha de dados utilizámos a entrevista semiestruturada e a recolha documental. O tratamento e análise de dados baseou-se numa análise de conteúdo. Os resultados evidenciam, de um modo geral, a motivação para aprender é essencial e que esta pode ser influenciada através de vários fatores que contribuem significativamente para o sucesso escolar dos alunos. Também ilustram diversas estratégias de ensino-aprendizagem utilizadas nas diferentes áreas curriculares bem como a importância do papel dos pais na motivação dos seus filhos, na perspetiva dos professores. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently, education has a very important and striking role in our lifes. Alarcão (1996, p. 55) warns us that for education, "fundamentally interested in real thinking, it is important to create attitudes that develop an effective thought in human beings, a mental posture to question, to problematize, to suggest and to build from there A knowledge based on solid bases. " In this sense, the present work seeks to understand the importance of motivation to learn from students who attend primary school as well as the factors that influence it in a pedagogical context. For this study, we adopted an interpretative paradigm and developed an exploratory study structure. The participants of this study were twelve primary school teachers that work both in private and in public education. We used the interstructured interview and the documentary collection, as data collection tools. Data processing and analysis were based on a content analysis. The results show that the motivation to learn is essential and that it can be influenced by several factors that contribute significantly to the academic success. They also illustrate several teaching-learning strategies used in the different curriculum areas as well as the importance of the parents role in their children motivation, in the teachers perspective. | pt_PT |
