Abstract(s)
A proposta deste trabalho é apresentar o estágio voluntário realizado no departamento de
comunicação na cooperativa Mensakas. O presente relatório mostra conceitos de
cooperativismo de plataforma e de redes sociais. Possui uma análise do caso da cooperativa
Mensakas, que fica localizada em Barcelona, na Espanha. Foi feito um diagnóstico para que
pudéssemos dar passos em busca de oportunidades e soluções para problemas encontrados na
organização. A análise do diagnóstico foi realizada de 24 junho de 2021 a 10 janeiro de 2022.
Foram realizados levantamentos para que melhorias internas acontecessem, produzimos e
planejamos a execução de um plano de comunicação. Buscamos através dessa análise, mostrar
o que a Mensakas pode fazer para seguir os princípios do cooperativismo de plataforma segundo
alguns dos seus conceitos e princípios apontados neste relatório. Passamos por autores
importantes que mostram o cooperativismo de plataforma como a alternativa à economia
capitalista dominante, pois o cooperativismo tem sido a prática da economia solidária, algo que
é viável e real, que já acontece em diversos países do mundo, e como acontece também na
Espanha, na cidade de Barcelona, com a cooperativa de plataforma Mensakas.
The purpose of this work is to show the volunteer internship carried out in the communication department at the Mensakas cooperative. This report shows concepts of platform cooperativism and social networks. It has an analysis of the case of the Mensakas cooperative, which is located in Barcelona, Spain, where a voluntary internship was carried out. A diagnosis was made so that we could take steps in search of opportunities and solutions to problems found in the organization. The diagnostic analysis was carried out from June 24, 2021 to January 10, 2022. Surveys were carried out so that internal improvements could take place, and we also produced and planned the execution of a communication plan. Through this analysis, we seek to show what Mensakas can do to follow the principles of platform cooperativism according to some of its concepts and principles outlined in this report. We passed by important authors who show platform cooperativism as the alternative to the dominant capitalist economy, since cooperativism has been the practice of solidarity economy, something that is viable and real, which already happens in several countries of the world, and as it also happens in Spain, in the city of Barcelona with the platform cooperative Mensakas.
