Este projeto procura a melhoria da experiência de navegação e gestão de espaços nos aeroportos, explorando o uso de tecnologias interativas, como smartphones e realidade aumentada. O objetivo principal deste estudo é avaliar o impacto da implementação destas tecnologias na eficiência e satisfação dos passageiros. Para tal, foram analisadas três aplicações (TAP, Ryanair e Emirates) e as necessidades dos utilizadores. A proposta passa pela aplicação e adaptação dos princípios fundamentais que definem um sistema de design no redesenho da aplicação da TAP, e uma exploração do potencial da integração da realidade aumentada na mesma. Através de uma aplicação móvel equipada com esta funcionalidade, é disponibilizado o acesso a mapas bidimensionais e tridimensionais, informações em tempo real sobre voos e trajetos alternativos para evitar congestionamentos.
