Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo compreender quais as medidas adotadas em
termos de segurança e higiene do trabalho, nomeadamente de ergonomia, nma empresa da
indústria de construção civil. Esta indústria reveste-se de ambiguidade, pois, se por um lado
contribui para a criação de emprego, por outro lado, também é um cenário suscetível de riscos
e de acidentes de trabalho. Nesse sentido, é essencial analisar de que forma estas adversidades
possam ser prevenidas ou evitadas, enquanto se garante o aumento da segurança, conforto,
eficácia e qualidade das tarefas/atividades diárias dos colaboradores afetos a esta indústria. Para
o efeito, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica de artigos e livros, observação participante e
em entrevistas semiestruturadas aplicadas aos colaboradores da empresa alvo de estudo. Como
principais resultados afere-se que apesar da existência de algumas condições precárias de
trabalho, a empresa tem como objetivo zelar pela máxima segurança de todos os colaboradores,
através da ministração de formações de segurança corretivas, não culpabilizando os
colaboradores aquando da ocorrência de acidentes de trabalho, recompensa e valorização dos
colaboradores quando estes executam uma determinada tarefa/atividade com segurança. Por
sua vez, pode-se concluir que a empresa adota medidas ergonómicas do produto, de conceção,
de correção, participativa e de conscientização, de modo a estimular a conscientização das
atitudes e comportamentos proativos por parte dos seus colaboradores.
The present work objetive to understand which measures are adopted in terms of safety and hygiene at work, namely ergonomics, in a company in the construction industry. This industry is ambiguous because, while it contributes to job creation, on the other hand, it is also a scenario susceptible to risks and accidents at work. In this sense, it is essential to analyze how these adversities can be prevented or avoided, while ensuring an increase in safety, comfort, efficiency and quality of the daily tasks/activities of employees working in this industry. For this purpose, a bibliographic research of articles and books, participant observation and semi-structured interviews applied to employees of the target company was carried out. The main results show that despite the existence of some precarious working conditions, the company aims to ensure the maximum safety of all employees, through the provision of corrective safety training, not blaming employees when accidents occur. work, reward and appreciation of employees when they perform a certain task/activity safely. In turn, it can be concluded that the company adopts ergonomic measures of the product, design, correction, participatory and awareness, in order to stimulate awareness of proactive attitudes and behaviors on the part of its employees.
