Abstract(s)
The nomadism as a way of life, is a practice that accompanies us since the dawn of our existence. However, today we assist to a new type of nomadism unlike those times. It actually translates to a form of mobility in the physical space and transfers to all that surrounds us, and the qualities that defines a nomad in brief as indelible or transient. In this new nomadism the social actors have a mode that far exceeds physical mobility. The construction of multi-dimensional spaces within the same place, the power to roam between different places, whether real or virtual, and the practice itself a nomadism act. The physical object that cultivates this new nomadism is actually an object that is "free" of its weight, acquires a false appearance of light, fragile, ephemeral or passenger, and the transformation of the form resulting from the suppression of real material challenges the balance between visible structure and its function, which is not always immediately visible. "Undressing" the object of matter and transforming it are the guidelines of this project.
