O presente relatório visa descrever o estágio realizado na empresa Whitaker Internacional Europe Estratégia Empresarial Lda, uma empresa de consultoria de comércio de varejo, Marketing e Gestão de Marcas. A Whitaker International oferece sua experiência em segmentação de mercado do consumidor, pesquisa de mercado e desenvolvimento de produtos por estilo de vida para varejistas, fabricantes e outros negócios em todo o mundo. Este estágio dividiu-se em 2 partes: a primeira consistiu nas explicações concedidos a mim pela fundadora e Ceo da organização sobre as áreas de Recrutamento e Seleção, formação, Avaliação de Funções e a segunda parte consistiu no desenvolvimento práticos do estágio. Entender a necessidade do cliente e conseguir alinhar toda a equipa da organização para antecipar as aspirações dos consumidores tem sido o diferencial neste mercado competitivo que se reflectiu durante a realização do estágio.
This report aims to describe the stage held at the Whitaker International Europe Strategy Company Ltd., a retail trade, marketing and brand management consulting firm. Whitaker International offers its expertise in consumer market segmentation, market research and lifestyle product development for retailers, manufacturers and other businesses worldwide. This stage was divided into 2 parts: the first consisted of the explanations on the areas of Recruitment and Selection, training, Functional Assessment, granted to me by the founder and CEO of the organization, the second part consisted in the practical development of the internship. Understanding the need of the customer and aligning the whole team of the organization to anticipate the aspirations of the consumers has been the differential in this competitive market that was reflected during the accomplishment of the stage.
