O presente plano de negócios visa avaliar a viabilidade de mercado e económico-financeira de
uma casa de campo em Serreleis, Viana do Castelo na modalidade de turismo no espaço rural.
Este empreendimento turístico localiza-se num espaço repleto de natureza, entre olivais e
pomares, e pretende estabelecer-se como uma unidade de qualidade, que represente o que de
melhor o meio rural pode oferecer, prezando a identidade e autenticidade minhota. As vantagens
competitivas desta unidade serão o seu serviço de proximidade moldado às preferências do
hóspede e a oferta de diversas atividades que irão proporcionar aos hóspedes momentos de
lazer inesquecíveis, sempre em contacto com o meio natural envolvente. Este projeto pretende
dar resposta à crescente procura desta modalidade de alojamento e promover o
desenvolvimento da economia da região. De acordo com os pressupostos definidos o
investimento inicial é de 133.334 euros e relativamente aos critérios de avaliação, o projeto
apresenta um Valor Atual Líquido (VAL) de 102.872 euros uma Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade
(TIR) de 55,43% e um Payback Period de 3 anos, que garantem a sua viabilidade económico-financeira.

Located in a place full of nature, among olive groves and orchards, this unit intends to establish itself as a quality establishment, which represents the best that the rural environment can offer, cherishing the identity and authenticity of the Minho region. The competitive advantages of this enterprise will be its service of proximity moulded to the preferences of the guest and the offer of various activities that will provide unforgettable moments of leisure, always in contact with the surrounding natural environment.
