| dc.description.abstract | A aviaĆ§Ć£o militar atingiu nos Ćŗltimos anos uma enorme evoluĆ§Ć£o que estĆ” a impor ao ser humano um contĆnuo aumento de performance. Neste trabalho pretende-se analisar quais os factores humanos que presentemente podem comprometer a performance do piloto em voo, como resultado da operaĆ§Ć£o em aeronaves de alta performance. A evoluĆ§Ć£o das estruturas das aeronaves, dos sistemas e das armas levou Ć criaĆ§Ć£o de um novo conceito, o de agilidade operacional, que agrega todas estas evoluƧƵes. Ć fundamental definir primariamente os conceitos de agilidade das aeronaves e de agilidade humana. Na relaĆ§Ć£o piloto / mĆ”quina as Ć”reas que provocam directamente ou indirectamente maior impacto no piloto, e que sĆ£o estudadas neste trabalho, sĆ£o: Ćrea PsicolĆ³gica, Ćrea FĆsica e a Ćrea de SelecĆ§Ć£o e Treino. Chegou-se Ć conclusĆ£o que existem diversos factores que causam impacto no organismo humano resultantes da operaĆ§Ć£o neste tipo de aeronaves. A cada avanƧo tecnolĆ³gico deve corresponder um progresso ao apoio ao piloto, dos procedimentos e das tĆ©cnicas de treino, a fim de limitar as consequĆŖncias resultantes do voo. Apesar de todos estes factores, os pilotos continuam ainda a ser capazes de desempenhar o seu papel a bordo deste tipo de aeronaves. As instituiƧƵes tĆŖm que se precaver no futuro e perante a aquisiĆ§Ć£o de novos sistemas de armas, apostar na selecĆ§Ć£o, na formaĆ§Ć£o e na preparaĆ§Ć£o dos pilotos para as missƵes que lhes vĆ£o ser atribuĆdas, aos comandos de aeronaves cada vez mais sofisticadas e exigentes. Abstract: Military aviation in recent years reached an enormous evolution that imposed to the human being a continuous increase of performance. In this work, it is intend to analyze which of the human factors that presently take the pilot to compromise its performance in flight, as resulted of the operation in aircraft of high performance. The evolution of the structures of the aircraft, the systems and the weapons led to the creation of a new concept, operational agility that added to all these evolutions. It is fundamental to define primarily the concepts of agility of the aircraft and the concept of agility human being. In the relation pilot/machine the areas that provoke directly or indirectly bigger influence in the pilot and that are studied in this work are: Psychological Area, Physical Area and the Area of Selection and Training. It concluded that exists diverse factors that cause impact in the human organism resultant of the operation in this type of aircraft. To each technological advance, it must correspond to a progress to the support to the pilot, of the procedures and the techniques of training, in order to limit the resultant consequences of the flight. Although all these factors, the pilots still continue to be capable to play its role on board of this type of aircraft. The institutions have to prevent the future and before the acquisition of new systems of weapons to bet in the selection, the formation and the preparation of the pilots for the missions that are going to be attributed to them, at the commands of sophisticated and extremely demanding aircraft. | pt_PT |
