Introdução: O presente Relatório de Estágio surge no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Rela- tório, parte integrante do 6o Mestrado em Enfermagem em Associação, na área de especiali- dade Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica: A Pessoa em Situação Crítica.
Objetivo: Descrever as atividades e estratégias desenvolvidas durante o percurso académico e Estágio Final e o seu contributo para o desenvolvimento e aquisição de competências comuns e específicas do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem Médico- Cirúrgica: A Pes- soa em Situação Crítica e de Mestre em Enfermagem.
Metodologia: Método descritivo e análise crítico-reflexiva das atividades desenvolvidas du- rante a Unidade Curricular Estágio Final. O Projeto de Intervenção Profissional desenvolvido é igualmente descrito, com recurso à Metodologia de Projeto e baseado no Modelo para Mu- dança da Prática Baseada em Evidências de June Larrabee. .
Resultados: Análise crítico-reflexiva de aquisição e desenvolvimento de competências so- bre as atividades desenvolvidas durante o Estágio Final em contexto de Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos. Promoção da qualidade e segurança dos cuidados prestados à Pessoa em Situação Crítica, em contexto do desenvolvimento de um Projeto de Intervenção Profissional, através da elaboração de um Protocolo de Atuação, Instrumento de Registo e produção de um Do- cumento de Consulta prático sobre o doente com AVC Isquémico submetido a trombólise. Conclusão: Promover a uniformização e uma melhoria da qualidade e segurança dos cuida- dosdeenfermagemprestadosaodoentecríticocomAVCIsquémicosubmetidoatrombólise, baseados em evidência científica. A elaboração deste relatório permitiu descrever todo o percurso formativo e realizar uma análise crítico-reflexiva fundamentada do processo de aquisição e desenvolvimento de competências.
Introduction: This Internship Report appears within the scope of the Report Curricular Unit, an integral part of the 6th master’s degree in nursing in association, in the specialty area Medical-Surgical Nursing: The Person in Critical Condition. Objective: To describe the activities and strategies developed during the academic pathway and Final Internship and their contribution to the development and acquisition of common and specific skills of the specialist nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing: The Person in Critical Condition and master’s in nursing. Methodology: Descriptive method and critical-reflective analysis of the activities developed during the Final Internship Curricular Unit. The Professional Intervention Project developed is also described, using the Project Methodology, and based on June Larrabee's Model for Evidence-Based Practice Change. Results: Critical-reflective analysis of acquisition and development of skills on the activities developed during the Final Stage in the context of an Intensive Care Unit. Promotion of the quality and safety of the care provided to the Person in Critical Condition, in the context of the development of a Professional Intervention Project, through the elaboration of an Action Protocol, a Registration Instrument and the production of a Practical Consultation Document on the patient with Ischemic Stroke submitted to thrombolysis. Conclusion: To promote standardization and improvement of the quality and safety of nurs- ing care provided to critically ill patients with ischemic stroke submitted to thrombolysis, based on scientific evidence. The preparation of this report made it possible to describe the entire formative journey and perform a reasoned critical-reflective analysis of the process of acquisition and development of skills.
