Abstract(s)
Sendo a Transformação Digital um acontecimento atual, é importante perceber como as
empresas adotam os seus procedimentos, com base nas decisões do empreendedor,
acompanhando assim as mudanças que ocorrem a nível digital. O presente estudo pretende
discutir o papel do empreendedor nos processos de Transformação Digital, uma vez que é
fundamental entender as características que a liderança deve apresentar para responder às
necessidades atuais do mercado e assim promover a inovação.
Desta forma, os objetivos específicos do presente estudo baseiam-se na caracterização
das empresas selecionadas e do modo como o empreendedor influencia a equipa e processos
de Transformação Digital, bem como na análise das estratégias adotadas e adaptação às
inovações tecnológicas. Outro objetivo específico baseia-se em compreender a influência das
capacidades dinâmicas e das capacidades organizacionais em empresas do setor
tecnológico.
Através de uma pesquisa exploratória, de natureza qualitativa, foi aplicado um guião de
entrevista baseado nas referências analisadas na revisão da literatura. O guião de entrevista
encontra-se estruturado com as capacidades dinâmicas (Sensing, Seizing e Transforming) e
com as capacidades organizacionais identificadas no estudo de Konopik et al. (2022),
nomeadamente a Estratégia e Ecossistema, Pensamento de Inovação, Tecnologias de
Transformação Digital, Dados, Operações, Conceção Organizacional e Liderança de
Transformação Digital. Este guião possibilitou a recolha de informação junto de três
profissionais de empresas distintas, cujas respostas foram analisadas e comparadas de forma
a responder aos objetivos da presente investigação. Este estudo permitiu conhecer e analisar diferentes realidades e distintos perfis de
liderança, pelo que se constatou que os empreendedores/líderes são responsáveis por
promover experiências aos colaboradores através da utilização de software; devem
implementar uma cultura que procura novas tecnologias e inovação (promover um mindset
digital); devem participar em conferências e realizar estudos de caso, de forma a estarem
atualizados sobre tendências tecnológicas; devem proporcionar formações aos colaboradores
sobre as plataformas a serem adotadas, assim como os lideres devem estar recetivos à
mudança, pois são os motores e os impulsionadores para que as transformações ocorram
nas empresas.
As Digital Transformation is a current event, it is important to understand how companies adopt their procedures, based on the entrepreneur's decisions, thus following the changes that occur at a digital level. The present study intends to discuss the role of the entrepreneur in Digital Transformation processes, since it is essential to understand the characteristics that leadership must present to meet the current market needs and promote innovation. Therefore, the specific objectives of this study are based on the characterization of the selected companies and the way in which the entrepreneur influences the Digital Transformation team and processes, as well as the analysis of the strategies adopted and adaptation to technological innovations. Another specific objective is based on understanding the influence of dynamic capabilities and organizational capabilities in companies in the technology sector. Through exploratory research of a qualitative nature, an interview guide was applied based on the references analyzed in the literature review. The interview script is structured around the dynamic capabilities (Sensing, Seizing and Transforming) and the organizational capabilities identified in the study by Konopik et al. (2022), namely Strategy and Ecosystem, Innovation Thinking, Digital Transformation Technologies, Data, Operations, Organizational Design and Digital Transformation Leadership. This script made it possible to collect information from three professionals from different companies, whose responses were analyzed and compared in order to meet the objectives of this research. This study made it possible to understand and analyze different realities and different leadership profiles, which is why it was found that entrepreneurs/leaders are responsible for promoting experiences to employees through the use of software; they must implement a culture that seeks new technologies and innovation (promote a digital mindset); they must attend conferences and carry out case studies in order to stay up to date with technological trends; they must provide training to employees on the platforms to be adopted, as well as leaders must be receptive to change, as they are the engines and drivers for transformations to occur in companies.
