As plataformas de venda online são consideradas ferramentas importantes para mitigar os impactos das dinâmicas de mercado e, consequentemente, melhorar a troca de informações entre empresas e clientes, além de gerar dados precisos para a tomada de decisões. Essas plataformas desempenham um papel fundamental na melhoria das operações de compra e venda entre as organizações e os consumidores, tornando o relacionamento mais produtivo e eficiente. No entanto, devem ser avaliadas a partir da perspectiva do usuário, gerando valor para os consumidores. É essencial que sejam fáceis de utilizar, ofereçam recursos que atendam às necessidades dos clientes e, ao mesmo tempo, proporcionem uma experiência positiva. O e-commerce atende a uma necessidade crescente da população atual, que frequentemente não dispõe de tempo suficiente para realizar pesquisas e compras no mercado offline. Por esse motivo, o comércio online tornou-se uma extensão do comércio tradicional, permitindo, por meio de um ambiente digital, a realização de transações comerciais, como compra, venda e prestação de serviços, através de equipamentos e programas de informática. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar como funcionam as vendas na empresa QUBITZ, no contexto do mercado onde atua. A metodologia adotada durante o estágio foi a análise qualitativa, por meio de pesquisa documental e aplicação do método ad-hoc. A conclusão deste estágio indica que a Tikitworld é uma plataforma inovadora no mercado de eventos, oferecendo uma solução abrangente e inédita para a venda e revenda de ingressos, além da comercialização de colecionáveis e consumíveis exclusivos relacionados a eventos.
Online sales platforms are considered important tools to mitigate the impacts of market dynamics and, consequently, improve the exchange of information between companies and customers, in addition to generating accurate data for decision-making. These platforms play a key role in improving buying and selling operations between organizations and consumers, making the relationship more productive and efficient. However, they must be evaluated from the user's perspective, generating value for consumers. It is essential that they are easy to use, offer features that meet customer needs, and at the same time provide a positive experience.E-commerce meets a growing need of today's population, which often does not have enough time to conduct research and purchases in the offline market. For this reason, e-commerce has become an extension of traditional commerce, allowing, through a digital environment, the realization of commercial transactions, such as purchase, sale and provision of services, through equipment and computer programs.The objective of this work is to analyze how sales work in the QUBITZ company, in the context of current markets.The methodology adopted during the internship was qualitative analysis, through documentary research and application of the ad-hoc method.The completion of this stage indicates that tikitworld is an innovative platform in the events market, offering a comprehensive and first-of-its-kind solution for the sale and resale of tickets, as well as the marketing of unique event-related collectibles and consumables.
