O mundo empresarial está cada vez mais complexo e competitivo, as grandes empresas
precisam de entender o que se pode e como fazer, de forma a poder atrair o melhor talento.
Atualmente as organizações persistem em desenvolver e projetar uma imagem de marca,
que grite bem alto os seus valores, filosofias e que suporte as necessidades de tallent
management, atraindo assim o melhor talento.
O processo branding na organização ou employer branding é uma mistura de marketing
e literatura de branding, e ganhou uma enorme relevância no desenvolvimento da imagem
que a organização tem como empregador de referência.
O presente trabalho consiste num relatório de estágio para conclusão do Mestrado em
Gestão e Estratégia Empresarial Internacional. O objetivo do mesmo recai sobre a
descrição das atividades realizadas no departamento Atratividade, Planeamento e
Mobilidade, bem como averiguar especificidades e constrangimentos da job employer
realizado pela empresa. Para a realização do Relatório foi essencial a recolha de
informação através de artigos científicos, benchmark de atividades e técnicas, bem como
o feedback constante dos trabalhadores internos.

So nowadays organizations persist in developing and designing the best brand image, which shouts their values, philosophies and that support the needs of Talent management, thereby attracting the best talent. So the branding process in the organization or employer branding is a mixture of marketing and branding literature, and has gained enormous relevance in the development of the image that the organization has as a reference employer. This work consists of an internship report for the completion of the Masters in International Business Strategy. The objective of the same falls on the description of the activities conducted in the Department of Attractiveness, Planning and Mobility, as well as to ascertain the specificities and constraints of the company's job employer. For the achievement of the report it was essential to collect information through scientific articles, benchmarks of activities and techniques, as well as the constant feedback of internal workers.
