- Ways of visual storytelling in fiction films and their reflection on the bookPublication . Makrygianni, Ourania; Raposo, AnaThis project presents a refletion of fiction film on a different medium, the book. The inter-disciplinary research focuses on the fields of cinema and film, visual narrative and storytelling with editorial design. Through a series of experimentations in the printed medium the book emerges as a reflection of the complex visual narrative of a film, chosen for this purpose, namely The Grad Budapest Hotel, by Wes Anderson. By examining the fundamentals of graphic design and cinema both separately and as a whole, and applying them to the printed medium the project aims to explore the representation of narrative within different media. The resulting opublication focuses on mirroring as biberally possible, the bond between visual storytelling in cinema and the book.

Their decays would be visible during periods of time well separated from proton-proton collisions. Two decay scenarios of stopped LLPs are explored: a hadronic decay detected in the calorimeter and a decay into muons detected in the muon system. The calorimeter (muon) search covers a period of sensitivity totaling 721 (744) hours in 38.6 (39.0) fb$^{-1}$ of data collected by the CMS detector in 2015 and 2016. The results are interpreted in several scenarios that predict LLPs. Production cross section limits are set as a function of the mean proper lifetime and the mass of the LLPs, for lifetimes between 100 ns and 10 days. These are the most stringent limits to date on the mass of hadronically decaying stopped LLPs, and this is the first search at the LHC for stopped LLPs that decay to muons.

O processo branding na organização ou employer branding é uma mistura de marketing e literatura de branding, e ganhou uma enorme relevância no desenvolvimento da imagem que a organização tem como empregador de referência. O presente trabalho consiste num relatório de estágio para conclusão do Mestrado em Gestão e Estratégia Empresarial Internacional. O objetivo do mesmo recai sobre a descrição das atividades realizadas no departamento Atratividade, Planeamento e Mobilidade, bem como averiguar especificidades e constrangimentos da job employer realizado pela empresa. Para a realização do Relatório foi essencial a recolha de informação através de artigos científicos, benchmark de atividades e técnicas, bem como o feedback constante dos trabalhadores internos.
