A identificação de perigos e respetiva análise de risco é de particular importância para as
organizações poderem estabelecer ações e medidas de que possam minimizar ou eliminar o risco
para os trabalhadores. Para isso, utilizam-se metodologias de observação do local de trabalho e das
práticas desenvolvidas recorrendo a check lists e com base nesta informação é possível estabelecer
a identificação de perigos e proceder à análise de risco. Este trabalho foi realizado em 2 Clínicas
Affidea designadas por A e B em 2 locais distintos e teve como objetivo a identificação de perigos e
a avaliação de riscos profissionais a que os trabalhadores e utentes estão sujeitos, na realização
das suas atividades. As clínicas Affidea são estabelecimentos de prestação de cuidados de saúde
na área de Diagnóstico por Imagem e Análises Clínicas, e devido ao seu setor de atividade, há que
ter em consideração todo um conjunto de perigos a que estes estão sujeitos, bem como os seus
riscos inerentes. Assim sendo, foi elaborada uma avaliação de risco através do método William T.
Fine e consequentemente, identificaram-se as medidas de controlo implementadas e sugeriram-se
possíveis medidas preventivas e corretivas a implementar, necessárias ao cumprimento da
legislação em vigor e com vista à eliminação / mitigação dos riscos profissionais identificados e
avaliados. Através da identificação dos perigos de cada uma das áreas de atividade das respetivas
clínicas e posterior avaliação dos riscos inerentes a cada área e atividade, foi possível constatar que
na generalidade estão a ser cumpridas as medidas que permitem reduzir os perigos identificados
destacando-se a implementação das medidas aplicadas na Clínica A, que permitem reduzir os
perigos com um nível estimado de risco mais elevado, nas áreas de radiologia e análises clínicas.
The identification of hazards and their risk analysis is of particular importance for organizations to be able to establish actions that can minimize or eliminate risk to workers. For this, methodologies of observation of the work place and of the practices developed using check lists are used and based on this information it is possible to establish the identification of hazards and proceed to the risk analysis. This work was carried out in the Affidea Clinics of A and B and had as objective the identification of hazards and the evaluation of professional risks to which the workers and users are subject in the accomplishment of their activities. Affidea clinics are health care establishments in the area of Diagnostic Imaging and Clinical Analyzes, and due to their sector of activity, it is necessary to take into account a whole set of hazards to which they are subject, as well as their risks inherent. Therefore, a risk assessment was elaborated using the William T. Fine method and, consequently, the implemented control measures were identified and possible preventive and corrective measures to be implemented, necessary to comply with the legislation in force and with a view to elimination / mitigation of identified and assessed occupational hazards. In order to carry out this evaluation, some aspects were taken into account, such as observation of the place of study, visits to spaces, collection of information through contact with workers and verification of conformity of the aspects implemented through checklist. Through the identification of the hazards of each one of the areas of activity of the respective clinics and subsequent evaluation of the risks inherent to each area and activity, it was possible to verify that in general the measures are being complied with that allow to reduce the identified hazards, highlighting the implementation of the measures applied in Clinic A, which allow reducing risks with an estimated higher level of risk in the areas of radiology and clinical analysis.
