A vida em sociedade está sujeita a regras que o tempo e devido e as profundas alterações sociais, culturais e económicas se foram diluindo originando desvios que podem por em causa a estabilidade e a organização social. A intervenção da Polícia pode influenciar o comportamento social, todavia é geradora de reação sob a forma do crime de resistência e coação sobre funcionário. Neste artigo procuramos interpretar as circunstâncias que rodeiam a prática deste crime, clarificar os seus elementos e construir uma aproximação do perfil dos seus autores.
Life in society is submitted to rules. During time and due to profound social, economical and cultural changes, those same rules changed. Some of them even disappeared. Deviations occurred also which may have caused social instability and lack of organization. Police intervention might have some influence in social behaviour. However, it can also be a cause of social reaction in forms of crime resistance and employee’s duress. In this essay, we will try to understand and relate all circumstances that might lead to that kind of crime. We will try to clarify all elements by building one clear profile of its perpetrators.
