| dc.description.abstract | Este artigo tem como propósito refletir sobre a relação entre jornalismo e produção do conhecimento, partindo de um conjunto de disposições que, sob a influência da fenomenologia, permitem desenvolver uma “teoria da comunicação aplicada aos media jornalísticos” (Correia, 2009:1). Neste sentido, analisamos a relevância do jornalismo para a apreensão do quotidiano e do mundo, com base no desdobramento da noção de construção social da realidade. Esta visão construcionista possibilitou o abandono da perspetiva objetivista, que limitava os efeitos sociais dos media a questões de ordem comportamental, em prol do reconhecimento do papel da comunicação mediática para a cognição social. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This article aims to reflect on the relationship between journalism and the production of knowledge, based on a set of provisions which, under the influence of phenomenology, allow to develop a "communication theory applied to journalistic media" (Correia, 2009:1). In this sense, we analyze the relevance of journalism for worlds apprehension, based on the unfolding of the concept of social construction of reality. This constructionist view allowed the neglet of an objectivist perspective, limiting the social effects of the media on issues of behavioral order, in favor of the recognition of the role of media communication for social cognition. | en |
