| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo incide sobre a evolução dos mecanismos de apoio à Instalação de Jovens Agricultores nos diversos quadros comunitários, sendo o quadro de análise o Programa de Desenvolvimento Rural (ProDeR), medida 1.1.3, que apoia jovens agricultores em regime de primeira instalação.Foram questionados 5 jovens agricultores (JA) da região de Viseu Dão Lafões que submeteram os seus projetos, se instalaram e que terminaram o período de obrigatoriedade legal de manutenção da atividade, sobre os ganhos ou as perdas resultantes desta decisão. As entrevistas foram divididas em 3 partes: caracterização do promotor, informações relativas ao projeto e situação após os 5 anos.Da análise das entrevistas conclui-se que, à data da instalação, os jovens agricultores não estavam cientes dos constrangimentos que poderiam vir a ter de enfrentar. As empresas de consultoria que elaboram os projetos não os alertam para essas dificuldades. A morosidade e a burocracia envolvida no processo são aspetos negativos recorrentemente referidos pelos entrevistados, assim como a falta de apoio técnico. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This study focuses on the evolution of the support mechanisms for the Installation of Young Farmers in the various community frameworks, with the analysis framework being the Programa de Desenvolvimento Rural (ProDeR), measure 1.1.3, which supports young farmers in the first installation regime that settles, for the first time, on a farm.Five young farmers (JA) from the region of Viseu Dão Lafões, who submitted their projects, were questioned if the period of legal obligation to maintain the activity was installed and ended, on the gains or losses resulting from this decision. The interviews were divided into 3 parts: characterization of the promoter, information regarding the project and situation after 5 years.From the analysis of the interviews, it can be concluded that, at the time of installation, young farmers are not aware of the constraints they may face and that the consultancy companies that prepare the projects do not alert them to these difficulties. The slowness and bureaucracy involved in the process are negative aspects recurrently mentioned by the interviewees, as well as the lack of technical support. | pt_PT |
