Este relatório de estágio destina-se à avaliação final do Mestrado em Gestão e Estratégia Empresarial da Universidade Europeia, este foi desenvolvido tendo como base as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo de 250h, distribuídas por três meses, no restaurante/café “Já Te Disse” onde tivémos como orientadora de estágio a sócia-gerente.
Iniciámos o estágio pela observação da dinâmica e do funcionamento da empresa como um todo, dando especial atenção às funções da orientadora de estágio na coordenação das equipas distribuídas nas diferentes zonas de trabalho, nomeadamente, cozinha, balcão, caixa e atendimento, passando para o acompanhamento das atividades e, por fim, exercendo de forma autónoma.
O objetivo do estágio foi o de colocar em prática parte da teoria aprendida ao longo do primeiro ano de mestrado e, assim, consolidar os conhecimentos, com foco na gestão de equipas.
A gestão de equipas é complexa e, como podemos verificar na revisão da literatura, é uma peça fundamental para o sucesso de uma empresa.
This internship report is for the final evaluation of the Master in Management and Business Strategy of the European University, this was developed based on the activities developed over 250h, spread over three months, in the restaurant/café "Já Te Disse" where I had as a supervisor the managing partner. I started the internship by observing the dynamics and operation of the company as a whole, paying special attention to the duties of the internship supervisor in coordinating the teams distributed in the different work areas, namely, kitchen, counter, cashier, and customer service, moving on to monitoring the activities and, finally, working independently. The objective of the internship was to put into practice part of the theory learned during the first year of the master's degree and thus consolidate knowledge, with a focus on team management. Team management is complex and, as we can see in the literature review, it is a fundamental part for the success of a company.
