The implementation of quality management and food safety systems increasingly represent an added value factor for business development, where competitiveness and leadership are key characteristics for success. In the case study presented, the implementation of the Quality Management and Food Safety System emerges as a strategic objective defined by the top management and followed a rigorous and dynamic program, oriented towards the operational excellence of processes, rationalization of resources and consequently reduction costs, quality and food safety of the products produced, levels of knowledge and motivation of employees and customer recognition and satisfaction. The work carried out in this project aims to contribute to the identification, analysis and treatment of the impacts that occurred during the implementation and fulfillment of the requirements of the reference standards NP EN ISO 9001 and NP EN ISO 22000 in the activity carried out by the organization. We hope that the knowledge generated by the investigation can contribute to the knowledge of other case studies. To achieve the research objectives, we used a research methodology based on the qualitative method, centered on conducting interviews with managers and questionnaires with employees to collect information to support direct observation carried out in the company. Now, the company is in the final phase of implementing this project, so the conditions have been met to study the impacts that occurred in the different areas and activities of the company due to the applicability of the management standards. The results obtained during the investigation show that although each organization has its specificity, the management of the change in organizational culture imposed by the implementation of the QFSMS is a good strategy, as it promotes a better adaptation and flexibility of the organization that results in higher quality of services, products, in higher levels of productivity and profitability, better performance, greater competitiveness and prestige of the company in the market and in the satisfaction ofcustomers, suppliers and employees themselves.
