Abstract(s)
O presente projeto, tem como finalidade principal, a elaboração de um plano de
marketing para a implementação de um novo serviço na aplicação “Google Maps”, com o
intuito de promover a inclusão social de indivíduos com deficiências motoras e com
mobilidade reduzida.
O mundo depara-se com rápidas e fortes mudanças, os métodos e instrumentos
(informação online através da internet e aplicações móveis para smartphones) que hoje
conhecemos e possuímos, não são os mesmos de algumas décadas a esta parte. Com isto,
as empresas têm sido “forçadas” a mudar as suas formas de pensar e agir perante os
mercados onde se encontram inseridas, assim, concretizam contínua e continuadamente
novas ideias e formas, métodos de implementação de estratégias e de negócio para
satisfazer as necessidades dos clientes fidelizados, mantendo-os ligados a relações /
parcerias comerciais. Para que este processo ocorra e tenha sucesso, é necessário
identificar em estudo as características, necessidades e desejos de cada cliente.
Na revisão da literatura, são abordados temas fulcrais e conceitos para o
desenvolvimento do presente projeto, tais como, deficiências motoras, mobilidade e
turismo. Serão ainda abordados temas importantes relativos ao Marketing, como a analise
PEST, SWOT.
Na sequência do supramencionado, pretende-se um projeto simples e conciso de
acordo com as necessidades dos que carecem de mobilidade e acessibilidade nos dias de
hoje. De salientar, que o presente projeto tem como principal objetivo, o lançamento de
uma aplicação (podendo ser utilizada em web e app) agregada ao “Google Maps” e que
tenha como principais funcionalidades a apresentação de mapas / percursos acessíveis,
informação e apresentação de horários de transportes mais próximos, bem como a
possibilidade do utilizador efetuar a chamada dos mais proximamente acessíveis do local
onde se encontrem pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
The main purpose of this project is to develop a marketing plan for the implementation of a new service in the “Google Maps” application, in order to promote the social inclusion of individuals with motor disabilities and reduced mobility. The world is faced with rapid and strong changes, the methods and instruments (online information via the internet and mobile applications for smartphones) that we know and possess today, are not the same as those of a few decades ago. With this, companies have been “forced” to change their ways of thinking and acting in the markets where they are inserted, thus continuously and continuously realizing new ideas and forms, methods of implementing strategies and business to satisfy the needs of loyal customers, keeping them connected to commercial relationships / partnerships. For this process to occur and be successful, it is necessary to identify in study the characteristics, needs and desires of each client. In the literature review, key themes and concepts for the development of this project are addressed, such as motor disabilities, mobility and tourism. Important topics related to Marketing will also be addressed, such as Pest, Swot and Porter's 5 forces. Following the above, a simple and concise project is intended according to the needs of those who lack mobility and accessibility today. It should be noted that the main objective of this project is the launch of an application (which can be used in web and app) added to “Google Maps” and whose main features are the presentation of accessible maps / routes, information and presentation of nearest transport schedules, as well as the possibility for the user to make the most accessible call from the place where people with reduced mobility are found.
