Os referenciais de segurança e qualidade alimentar contemplam os requisitos de umSistema de Gestão da Segurança Alimentar para as organizações.O presente trabalho tem como finalidade a realização de um estudo dos requisitos dosreferenciais de segurança alimentar de forma a comparar os mesmos, designadamente:o International Featured Standards (IFS), o British Retail Consortium (BRC) e a NormaInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO) 22000:2018. Foram consideradas aversão 6 do referencial IFS Food, a versão 8 do referencial BRC Food e a norma ISO22000:2018. Atualmente ainda é um tema com alguma complexidade e com algumasquestões que se impõem desta forma é necessário simplificar a sua compreensão eaplicação.A estrutura do trabalho assenta no desenvolvimento da contextualização daimportância da aplicação destas normas, o enquadramento dos referenciais decertificação no setor alimentar, descrevendo cada um dos referenciais e por último umaanálise comparativa entre os três referenciais.Após a análise comparativa é possível definir a BRC e o IFS como referenciais aceitespelo GFSI enquanto que a ISO 22000 não é aceite. Entre os três referenciais existemdiferenças entre os requisitos sendo que alguns são mais específicos do que outros, noentanto existem requisitos comuns a todos.
The food quality and safety benchmarks contemplate the requirements of a Food SafetyManagement System for organizations.The present work has as its purpose to conduct a study of the requirements of the foodsecurity benchmarksin order to compare them, in particular: the International FeaturedStandards (IFS), the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and the International Organizationfor Standardization (ISO) 22000:2018.Were Considered the version 6 of the IFS Food, version 8 of the BRC Food and the ISO22000:2018 standard. Currently it is still a topic with some complexity and with someissues that are imposed in this way it is necessary to simplify its understanding andapplication.The structure of the work is based on the development of contextualization of theimportance of applying these standards, the framework of certification referencesin thefood sector, describing each of the references and finally a comparative analysisbetween the three references.After the comparative analysis is possible to define the BRC and IFS as referencesaccepted by GFSI while ISO 22000 is not accepted. Among the three references thereare differences between the requirements,some are more specific than others howeverthere are requirements common to everyone.
