| dc.description.abstract | A zona navegável do Rio Zaire (150 km), que interessa ao estudo tem uma distância 150 km de comprimento, isto é, desde a Foz do Rio Zaire até a Zona do Porto de Matadi. No presente trabalho pretendemos identificar a situação atual e fatores que estão na base dos problemas que afetam a navegabilidade do Rio Zaire. Este estudo estendeu-se também ao tráfego dos navios de grande dimensão que navegam até a Zona do Porto de Matadi. O trabalho trata do estudo da navegabilidade do Rio Zaire. Desta forma, iniciou-se o estudo com a caraterização geográfica, ambiental e operacional da área em causa. De seguida foram identificados os perigos e as limitações que estão presentes no canal de navegação que impõem à via uma navegação com segurança e a apresentação e interpretação dos resultados. Por último, procedeu-se à conclusão sobre a Navegabilidade do Rio Zaire, tendo em consideração todas informações necessárias para o estudo deste tema. Para recolha de dados foi possível através de diferentes bibliografias e entrevista que foram aplicadas durante o estudo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The Zaire River zone (150 km), which is concerned with the study has a length distance of 150 km, is, from the mouth of the Zaire River to the area of Matadi In this work we intend to identify the current situation and factors that are on the basis of the problems affecting the navigability of the Zaire River. This study also extended to the traffic of large - scale ships sailing to the port area of Matadi. Work is the study of the navigability of River Zaire. In this way, the study has started with geographical, environmental and operational characterisation of the area concerned. The hazards and the limitations which are present in the shipping channel are identified which impose on the road to safety and presentation and interpretation of results. Finally, the conclusion of the Zaire River's navigability, taking into account all information necessary for the study of this subject. For data collection it was possible through different bibliographical and interview that were applied during the study. | pt_PT |
