Data were collected from 20 tourism-sector stakeholders using a questionnaire based on a 7-point Likert scale, and the results were analyzed through SPSS and Excel. The findings reveal a generally positive evaluation of port infrastructure, basic port services, and complementary onshore services as key factors for the terminal’s performance. However, the destination itself showed lower competitiveness, highlighting the need to develop new attributes and strengthen the existing ones to enhance São Vicente’s position as a cruise destination.
