A desterritorialização e a disseminação dos riscos e ameaças associados à vulnerabilidade instigada pelo fenómeno de globalização dificultam a aptidão para enfrentar os cenários que aparecem em termos da segurança. Por isso, muitas vezes, recorre-se às capacidades das Forças Armadas para fazer face a certas situações de criminalidade transnacional. Os militares não são preparados para intervirem na Segurança Interna, deste modo, só agem legitimamente a título subsidiário. O presente trabalho de investigação consiste numa recolha de Informações sobre a Intervenção das Forças Armadas na Segurança Interna Guineense. Foram estabelecidas as possíveis áreas de Segurança Interna onde podem intervir as Forças Armadas, num contexto de normalidade democrática. Para melhor explorar o tema, foram pensados o modelo, os níveis, as formas e os princípios de colaboração que devem ser considerados para que essa intervenção seja salutar. Revela-se uma inexistência de legislação que tutele o empenhamento conjunto das Forças Armadas nas tarefas da Segurança Interna
The regionalization and dissemination of risks and threats associated with the vulnerability instigated by the globalization phenomenon difficult the aptitude to face the scenarios that emerge in what security is concerned. Therefore, it is often needed to rely on the capacities of the military to face certain situations of transnational crime. The military are not trained to intervene in homeland security and are only capable of legitimately act as a subsidiary force. This research project consists in data collection about The Military Intervention in Guinea-Bissau’s Homeland Security. We establish the possible areas of homeland security in which the military can intervene in the context of democratic normality. To better explore this subject, we thought about the model, the levels, the forms and the principles which must be taken into consideration for the military intervention to be good. It is revealed the inexistence of legislation which regulate the joint deployment of the military in homeland security’s domains.
