| dc.description.abstract | O Serviço de Proteção da Natureza e do Ambiente e o Grupo de Intervenção, Proteção e Socorro são dois órgãos especializados que partilham a mesma Zona de Ação e atuam com uma competência em comum: a prevenção de incêndios florestais. Todavia, as cadeias de comando destes dois órgãos são diferentes. Neste Trabalho de Investigação Aplicada analisa-se de que forma o Grupo de Intervenção, Proteção e Socorro e o Serviço de Proteção da Natureza e do Ambiente colaboram na prevenção operacional de incêndios florestais. Desta forma, o presente trabalho tem como objetivos fundamentais compreender a importância da atividade dos órgãos anteriormente referidos, identificar as suas principais dificuldades inerentes à atividade que desempenham e compreender de que forma colaboram entre eles na prevenção operacional de incêndios florestais. Para atingir os objetivos do trabalho realizou-se um estudo exploratório, que se baseou na pesquisa documental e em entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas a oficiais que pertencem ou pertenceram a estes dois órgãos com competência na prenvenção de incêndios florestais. Considerando a responsabilidade dos dois órgãos nesta atividade, verificámos como ocorrem as ações de coordenação entre Serviço de Proteção da Natureza e Ambiente e o Grupo de Intervenção, Proteção e Socorro, o que os militares pensam que pode ser melhorado nesta matéria e quais as dificuldades que surgem na prevenção operacional de incêndios florestais, nomeadamente a identificação dos proprietários dos terrenos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The Protection of Nature and Environment Service and the Intervention, Protection and Relief Team are two specialized bodies that share the same action zone and act with a competency in common: the prevention of forest fires. However, the control devices of these two bodies are different. In this Applied Research Study it is analyzed the way that the Intervention, Protection and Relief Team and the Protection of Nature and Environment Service collaborate on operational forest fire prevention. Thus, this study has as main objectives to understand the importance of the activity of the mentioned bodies, to identify their major difficulties inherent to their performed activity and to understand the way that they collaborate on operational forest fire prevention. In order to achieve these goals it was undertaken an exploratory study. It was based on documentary research and semi-structured interviews conducted to officers who belong or belonged to these two bodies with expertise in forest fire prevention. Regarding the responsibility of the two bodies in this activity, we perceived the way that occur the coordination actions between The Protection of Nature and Environment Service and the Intervention, Protection and Relief Team, the issues which the military men think can be improved in this area and what difficulties emerge on operational forest fire prevention, including the identification of landowners. | pt_PT |
